OPAL Open Day

OPAL's first ever online open day is coming to your screen on Tuesday 2 March from 3:45pm - 5:45pm GMT. It would be wonderful if you could join us.

The Power of Playtimes: an OPAL online open day".

This free public event would normally be held in an OPAL school, but this year we are online, global and open to all!

The OPAL Primary programme is a complete transformation in the way play opportunities across the school day are planned for and understood. It improves children’s outcomes across the board.
 
As well as getting a snapshot of what life is like in ten OPAL schools in the UK and Canada, and hear from the Director of Children and Young People from Sport England, you are guaranteed to take away information that will help you improve your school and children’s outcomes for the long term. You will hear from inner city schools, sprawling suburban schools and tiny rural ones. Some have recently started their OPAL journey, some have been investing in playtimes for over ten years. 

Crucially, it will be the perfect positive pick-me-up in the midst of current challenges.
