This course will balance rigorous accountability systems, that
do not generate reams of paperwork but give you all you need
to know in one tight efficient system with an overview of where
to start with contractors. It will look at how to engage
contractors, dynamic risk assessments and Best Value.
We will look at a comprehensive School Improvement Plan
which clearly sets out the school’s vision in one easy to manage document, incorporating your OFSTED action plan. It details strategic intents as well as Key Priorities as well as other key documents. This plan includes an overview and expectations for Governors so that they can effective lead your subcommittees and ensures succession planning.
