Presented by Accenture and STEMettes, #NEDigitalGirls is a free one day for girls aged 11-13 event at the Sage Gateshead.

The North East is one of the UK’s hot spots for tech and digital. Join us to excite and inform our region’s girls about the fantastic world of opportunities in technology right here on their doorstep!

Participants will take part in interactive sessions covering:
• App development
• 3D printing
• Forensic science
• Coding

Working with industry experts, your students will get hands on with a diverse range of digital technologies, develop their skills and be inspired by ground-breaking women from this exciting sector.

The event is aimed at girls aged 11-13 from schools in the North East. All participants must attend as part of a school group and be accompanied by their teachers.  Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
