As part of our drive to improve the quality of teaching and learning for all of our students and to develop genuinely  independent learners, the staff at George Stephenson High School have worked together to embed a range of strategies to help students to  transfer their literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum.

We warmly invite you to join us to find out about our journey and the strategies we have developed, hear what other schools are doing to develop literacy and numeracy, observe literacy and numeracy in action in lessons from across the curriculum and have the opportunity to share ideas with colleagues from other schools.

Suitable for teachers of KS3/4 and those with a focus on transition from KS2-3
