Keeping Children Safe in Education 2021 and Peer-on-Peer Abuse in Schools: Essential updates for the new school year

Join us and our Guest Panelist, Safeguarding Specialist Elizabeth Rose, as she provides essential safeguarding updates for the new year.

About this event

In this webinar, we will be looking at the updates to Keeping Children Safe in Education (2021) and what you need to do to ensure that your safeguarding policy and practice is compliant and effective under this new version of the statutory guidance.

We will consider the links between three major updates to safeguarding documentation: (1) Keeping Children Safe in Education 2021, (2) the Ofsted Review of Sexual Abuse in Schools and (3) the updates to the Ofsted Inspection Handbook.

We will share practical tips on how to create a culture of safeguarding in schools in light of the peer on peer abuse review.

Attendees will receive a recording of the session, certificate of attendance, slides and supporting materials.
