Nearly four years post-pandemic, school attendance is still a national struggle. In light of the government’s new Moments Matter Campaign that stresses the importance of pupil attendance on wellbeing, development and attainment, we’re hosting a CPD accredited online event on how to maximise engagement with your interventions.

Hosted by Champion Schools Club Manager, and with insights from our Head of Tutor Quality and Teacher Advisory Board, we’ll be sharing top tips on how to improve attendance for your tutoring interventions - and how these techniques can support wider school engagement.

Over 60 minutes, we’ll be answering these questions:

  • How have you engaged your colleagues in your interventions and tuition programmes?

  • How do you keep the community up to date and bought into your interventions?

  • How can you engage and manage pupils throughout their intervention programmes?

  • Plus, we’ll be answering your questions in a live Q+A

Here are the details:

  • When: 25th April, 3:30-4:30 pm

  • Where: Online (Zoom)

  • Host: Lily Donnelly, Champion Schools Club Manager

  • Panellists: Gary Green, Director of Improvement and Development at Bohunt Education Trust, and Richard Broad, Head of Tutor Quality
