History of cryptography: Simon Singh talk

The author of the best-selling The Code Book will bring code breaking to life in a talk focusing on the Enigma code, which will include a demonstration of a genuine Second World War German Enigma cipher machine.
The talk will be followed by a screening of the Oscar-winning film, The Imitation Game, about the mathematician and code-breaker Alan Turing (played by Benedict Cumberbatch) and his part in cracking the Enigma Code.
