The Governors Leadership Development Programme, designed to support all chairs of governors (new to the role or an experienced chair), and all governors aspiring to a leading governor role. The programme gives you the opportunity to develop governance leadership skills through; facilitated workshops, online activities and school-based activities.
           
The Clerks to Governing Bodies Training Programme is designed for new and experienced clerks to develop their professional knowledge, understanding, skills and competence as a clerk. This programme helps to develop your clerking to contribute effectively to the governance of your school.

All Workshops are 2- 3 hours, these are fully subsidised for up to 3 members of your governing body per workshop, additional governor places may be purchased for £80 per participant. Alternatively, these can be delivered for your whole governing body at school using the 3 available scholarships to reduce the cost.
