Rapidly developing information and communication technologies (ICT) are exciting and motivating learning tools through which learning and teaching can be greatly enhanced.
This workshop provides a platform for Schools to ensure ICT is used safely and responsibly and that risks related to ICT use is properly managed.
The ESafeguarding workshop addresses all safeguarding issues which relate to the use of ICT – ESecurity and ESafety. The workshop will highlight procedural areas of importance in ESafeguarding as part of the School’s Safeguarding Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To understand the impact that ESafeguarding has in a School
To be able to risk assess ESafeguarding
To be aware of the importance of having robust ESafeguarding policies within the school
To compile a ESafeguarding action plan to implement within school
