Effective Classroom Observations

This course is developed by experienced inspectors and is three units, two tutor led days at the Centre combined with distace learning and assessed lesson observation.
You will learn:
- How to collect and record evidence to make secure judgements under the 2012 Ofsted framework
- Methods for more rigorous evaluation of pupils’ progress through work scrutiny, discussion with pupils and consideration of performance data
- How to ensure that feedback to teachers is both developmental, constructive and productive
- What Ofsted inspectors look for during inspections
- Best practice from peers from a range of schools and backgrounds
All participants will receive a certificate of course accreditation from Cambridge Education.
