As a middle leader, you play a key role in the successful running of your school and need tailored support to help balance your classroom teaching and school management responsibilities.

NAHT Edge and NAHT invite you to a day of informative training and development. We welcome heads of department, subject coordinators and leads, pastoral and year heads, key stage coordinators, SENCos and other middle leaders to attend this invaluable learning opportunity.

The programme will include the following:
Presentation from Russell Hobby, General Secretary, NAHT
CPD session: ‘managing the team; difficult conversations’ by Julie Hunter
Networking lunch
Plenary session

The cost for the full day is £80 (including lunch).
