What does the course involve?
• Four face-to-face sessions over 12 working weeks, covering research theory and a wide range of practical activities. The final session incorporates a planned and supportive individual assessment so that you receive detailed and specific feedback on your learning and development.
• The content of the programme has been meticulously designed to develop your skills and understanding so that you are assuredly on your way to become an effective senior leader in a school or academy.
• Far from being generic, some of the content will focus specifically on the challenges of leading schools in the north of England.
