In this the second of this year's Governance Webinars we will be joined by Jill Donabie, employment specialist and partner in the Education team at Muckle LLP. Jill will look at the legal framework behind managing complaints under your Complaints Procedure. She will work through the process as well as looking at how to identify and deal with potential discrimination complaints and other tricky issues that can arise.

 

SPEAKER:

‘Recognised as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by Legal 500 UK, Jill Donabie is experienced in providing private and public sector clients with employment and education advice.

She has vast knowledge and experience in advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR issues including employment documentation, tribunals, projects (such as TUPE transfers and restructuring) and collective issues and advising on student and parental issues in the education sector including safeguarding, discrimination and special educational needs.

Jill is Vice-Chair of Governors at a local school and chairs a networking group of HR professionals in schools.’
