Computing in the Curriculum: Information, advice and inspiration

26th Mar 2015

How switched on are North East schools to computing in the National Curriculum?
What does outstanding computing teaching and learning look like in schools?
Where can your teachers get the knowledge and support they need to deliver a high quality computing education for all pupils?

Join us for this half day event, designed to provide the information, advice and inspiration your school needs to provide an outstanding computing curriculum.

We are delighted to be joined by David Brown, HMI and Ofsted National Lead for Computing, who will set out key criteria for the evaluation of teaching and learning of the subject.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to learn about Code Club, a nationwide network of volunteer-led after school coding clubs. You will also hear insights from school leaders, with the chance to learn from what is being implemented in other schools across the region.
