Are you interested in really listening to what others have to say? How can you be more of an effective listener? In this webinar we will introduce you to some simple models and coaching techniques that will bring about change. 

The idea of listening seems simple; in reality, the dynamics behind listening to engage with another person is complex.

The Committed Listening webinar focuses on helping participants actively listen to engage and connect with others. To become a truly committed listener mindsets need to shift from believing that listening is about remaining silent while another person speaks, to listening to hearing what the other person has to say and furthermore, to be open to shifting their own point of view.
