Blended Learning: A Collaborative Response

Monday 28th September at 2pm

Join Schools North East for a virtual event on Monday 28th September at 2pm where we are bringing together school leaders and middle leaders who are leading on the school response to virtual learning.

This event will include a session from Sarah Stock lead at Newcastle Research School and Debi Bailey CEO NEAT Academy Trust on effective use of catch up funding, followed by a panel debate discussing the response to blended learning and what has happened since reopening.

The panel will be chaired by Debi Bailey and will include an input from Head Teachers, CEO’s and education specialists.

During this online session you will also have the opportunity to speak with colleagues from either primary or secondary phases in virtual break out rooms.

As part of Schools North East support on this theme, we are developing a hub on our online community ConnectEd. Here you will be able to access additional webinars from colleagues who are also grappling with this issue and have developed some effective approaches including:
- Effective assessment and feedback in a virtual/ Covid world
- Best practice around remote learning
