The introduction of the New Curriculum and removal of level descriptors has meant that school leaders are now looking to develop new methods to track and measure progress.

This half-day event, supported by the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (CEM), Durham University, has been designed by SCHOOLS NorthEast to provide inspiration, advice and guidance to primary schools in the North East as they develop these new models of assessment.

Speakers include:
• Orlando Soulsby, Department for Education
• Prof Peter Tymms, Director of iPIPS, CEM
• School Leaders ‘Show and Tell’

Delegates will hear insights from local School Leaders, with the opportunity to learn from what is being implemented elsewhere.

The cost of attendance is £30+VAT for SCHOOLS NorthEast Partner Schools and £60+VAT for all other schools. If you are not already a member and would like to find out more about our Partner School Scheme, please do get in touch.
