Philip Smith Her Majesty’s Inspector and one of Ofsted’s national curriculum leads. Philip is a qualified teacher and has post graduate qualifications in management and education. Philip has particular expertise in the development of teaching and learning and leadership and management. He is currently one of Ofsted’s national lead trainers for schools and regularly leads training and development for inspectors.
Professor Deborah Eyre from High Performance Learning is a global educational leader, academic researcher, writer and influencer. Her specialist area is advanced cognitive performance – how to move school academic standards from good to great and at the same time provide an engaging experience for the student and prepare them for effective post
school careers.
