Key Features

  •  Constructed from a Light Gauge Steel Framing, it was 40% faster to construct on this project rather than using traditional building methods.
  • Single ply roofing system used, this was due to the lightweight of the structure and the fast track which made it cost effective for the client.
  • Artificial grass was laid as it is durable, low maintenance and more importantly safer for the pupils to play on.  It provides a clean play area and is resistant to vandal, with a quick draining system.
  • Wet pour surfacing was laid on existing tarmac. The purpose of this product was that it is highly impact absorbing and also provided continuous rubber surface free from seams and joints.
